Forfeits

Any team which fails to have (7) U11-U19 and (5) U8-U10 eligible players with player passes on the field within (5) minutes of the scheduled start will forfeit the game.am to provide two copies. One for home team. One for away team. Referee does not keep one.

Kick off

Home teams are listed first on the schedule. The home team is required to change jerseys in case of color conflict. The Home Team will have the selection of the side of the field they wish to defend and the visiting team will start with the kick off.

U08&U09

Throw-ins. One repeat per restart allowed.
No PK's - DFK from closest edge of penalty area.
8 yds instead of 10 yds.
No slide tackles.
Goal kick from penalty area.- opponents 8 yds away
Minimum 5 players

U10 & U11 Fall

8v8

Restarts per Law 12. - Both IFK and DFK

Match length, substitution and field size exceptions

Substitutions

Unlimited substitutions at.
Own throw-in, any Goal Kick, any Kick-Off.
"Me too" substitutions on Throw-ins. The team not in possession can sub if the team in possession does.
Also player receiving a Caution (only the cautioned player).
When play is stopped for an injured player (only the injured player).
Not on Corner kicks or other stoppages.

Match Length

U08-U10 2 - 20 minute halves
U11-U14 2 - 25 minute halves
U15-U19 2 - 30 minute halves

Consolation/Championship games
U8 to U10 - 25 minute halves
U11 to U14 - 30 minute halves
U15 to U19 - 35 minute halves

Ties in preliminary games -- Stand.
Ties in semifinal games -- go straight to KFTM.
Ties in championship or consolation games, two 5-minute overtime periods will be played with golden goal. If still tied after overtime, KFTM.

Extended time.
Preliminary matches -- No extended time. Games will be concluded five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the next game, regardless of the amount of time played in each half.
Semifinal, consolation, championship - per FIFA.

Orthopedic supports

Knee and ankle braces okay - hard parts padded.
Hard arm/wrist splints may be allowed - if no danger.
Soft cast okay - if no danger.
Hard casts that cover the entire circumference of the arm/wrist are NOT permitted (even if padded).
