How to file a Player Sendoff / Coach Dismissal Report?Printable

STEP 1 

Confirm that you entered the count of send offs correctly by team and Coach or Player

 

STEP 2

Compose your narrative.   

  • You can use Referee:SendOffReport as a tool to help write your report.   Click on the red  in the Action column at Referee:Inquiry
  • You can ask your assignor for help.   
  • You can see the FAQ "Send Off Report Help"

STEP 3

Within 24 hours,file your report online.   See "Send Off Report Instructions"
