SMS Text Terms of Service

These terms of service are for SMS Text messages originating from us,  Peninsula Soccer Referees Association and our website www.pensra.org.   

1. Text messages sent will be notifications regarding assignments, changes in assignments, or new site mail messages  Message frequency will vary.  

2. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us or from you to us .   Contact your wireless provider regarding questions about your text or data plan.

3. Text HELP to 650-501-6820 to get contact information regarding our organization.

4. Text STOP to stop receiving texts from us.    Texts will no longer be sent to the number you provided to receive texts.  If you want to again receive text notifications from us, logon and opt-in at Services:Profile-Phones.  Phone numbers with other than the "1" country code may not be supported.

5.  Contact webmaster@pensra.org if you have questions about our SMS text services.

6. If you have questions regarding our privacy policy, see Privacy Policy .  No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.  Opt-in data and consent and the phone number provided will be shared with a text originating service. This information will not be shared  by them with any third parties.
